At the same time one could say that consoles have earned their success aswell, look at the likes of Nintendo they have pretty much built their first party from nada, Sony's Japanese Internal studios and Santa Monica are notable mentions along with Turn 10 on the MS front, all them have been pretty much started up and pumping out fantastic games.
Also PC dont "earn" exclusives as you put it, they get developed with the same mentality as other games (Do we need to be multiplat, wheres our biggest audience, what is best to develope for in terms of budget to sales ratio)

I'm going to re-emphasize.
Every exclusive PC has, the developer CHOSE to remain exclusive. All these Uncharted, Fable, Killzone, Alan Wake, Heavy Rain, Gears of War ect. exist exclusively on their platform; SOLELY because of 1st party money.
You are never going to convince me that they say anything about consoles that the likes of a PC exclusive says about PC.
Cool story bro, or there is the fact smaller indie dev's dont have the budget to go multiplat either let me Re emphasize this point in bold. They essentially go through the same process as any other product.
A game like ArmA isnt going to sell well on console's due to sheer complex and technical nature, much like other games they are designed in their mind to be what they are, just happens PC is the best platform for this and the only one for a market for this type of game.Same goes for a lot of other games aswell.
