I meant Microsoft had a good strategy for 360 until the competition came and took away 360's lead in all 3 major territories and the competition is further cathing up/going past the 360 at rapid speed

It would be really funny though if MS will have to make a new console in order to keep up with the PS3.

Dude are you kidding me ? the PS3 is on pace to overtake 360 in Europe by Q3 this year. Yes 360 has a stong lead in America but it won't last forever and remember we have another 5-6 years of this gen left. By end of 08 PS3 would have taken both Japan & Europe from 360 thus leaving you guys to discount those other territories and grasp onto America for your dear life. Face it 360 will lose by the time this gen s over.

oh and the way I see it no console can do worse then the pathetic Xbox, not even the 360.
