Yes You've heard right. 65nm Falcon Models are on the way for this Fall. But Microsoft is still planning smaller tech for Xbox360.

Smaller Tech means;

* Less power usage

* Smaller Chip sizes

* Less heating

* Less price for production

Thats good, I think sony's doing the same thing. 45nm is the circuit line width they use for laptop processors :o

thats good i guess, but why would you an xbox 360 in 2009 or next year, by then m$ will most likely show off xbox 720 ;)

65nm was not available for mass production in 2005. 90nm was the standard.

basicly don't buy a 360 now and just wait til 65nm comes out to see if it is still faulty.
