not a loyalist, as i have almost every console on the market. (Wii, 360, DS,PSP and competent gaming PC)
in case you missed it, i own both :P
Handhelds arent exactly essential when it comes to gaming. You can easily do without one. Dahaka-UKand I have since GBA, thank you. I don't know why ppl brag about games for psp/ds, its secondary gaming at best, just a time killer.
You can play games on the Zune? :oMoldOnHold
shiocking isn't it? some guys are trying to a pokemon game(not base off the nintendo ones) for the zune with some fanmade pokemon.
Personally, I don't buy systems because I support the company, and buy systems for the games and other similar purposes. I have a 360 not because I love microsoft, but because I love the 360. I have a PSP no because I love sony but because I love the PSP, and I need a portable game system. This is a painfully weak attempt at trolling.awsss
Im not trying to be a troll, just asking the Microsoft loyalists where they go for handheld gaming, you aren't a loyalist of any sort so why did you even bother coming here?
Handheld Gaming is a necessity?
Really, for anyone above the age of 16, handheld gaming has lost it's meaning.
When Im in public Im either to busy to play games or Im not in a place where it's appropriate.
Im not really a Microsoft loyalist, but I guess I could be considered one since at the moment I only have a 360. So to answer the question, I have a PSP. And Only because of Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops although Lumines and Crisis Core are freakin awsome. But I plan to get Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep.
I use to have a DS, but I got rid of it. You can go on all day about how innovative it is, but at the end of the day it wasnt very fun for me. I'll end up picking it back up for Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, so what ever.
I must admit, this generation's handhelds arent that great. The GBA was infinitely better than both combined.
And like I said, handhelds have really lost their meaning to me. I only play them at home. And the only reason I have any is because of my Metal Gear and Kingdom Hearts fandom.
I don't think I'll be picking up the next handhelds.
I'm surprised at the amount of people that seem to hate handheld gaming. I've played some really great games on my DS.
Why do hardcores ignore/hate handheld gaming?

I kind of ignored it since the DS and PSP came out, I really enjoyed my GBA but never looked into the DS or PSP, I was just to occupied with console games, but im getting a DS tommorow, I could have done with a good handheld for a while now for when I visit my dad or have to stay at school during free periods.

If google search is to be believed then yes.
I play games on my zune and they are all free. You can even develop your own if you want to.

I still don't understand why anybody would want a PSP, but I guess it's just something I'll never get.
*shrugs*
until handhelds can play console quality games...im never gonna buy one(a handheld that is).LinKuei_warrior
I'd rather have a handheld that offers something radically different than what consoles are offering.
That's why I respect the DS far more than the PSP. The PSP tries too damn hard to be a mini-console IMO.
