i think MS will do just fine. they are making quadruple the money on 360 that Sony is making on PS3 all by ACCIDENT.

I find KB commercials pretty funny. They're just good for a quick cheap laugh, which seems to be exactly what they were designed for.

Nah Microsoft has a bit more class than the Kevin Butler commercials, if Microsoft hasn't made attack ads against Apple, they most certianly aren't going to make attack ads against Sony.

To be fair, only one KB ad attacked Microsoft...I believe.

I saw a few gifs in here, but until E3 I had never seen Kevin Butler before. He certainly fit into Sonys E3 mentality; **** on the competition at every possible moment. Sony came off as total douchebags at E3.

Kevin Butler is one of the smartest moves Sony has made. With just a snarky spokesman, they make themselves look like an underdog fighting back against the mainstream. I can't say I really buy into it, but it seems to have resonated with people.lowe0

As much as I dislike the Kevin Butler commercials and the character, there is no denying that they were very effect and smart commercials on Sony's part.

I think it was a 2007 Super Bowl Commercial. They should bring it back to promote Kinect since it makes since with the no Controller deal.

That was a great commercial! I remember seeing it here in the states, but it was cut severly short. All it had was the guy running up the hill with the Saturn on his back and a bit else, and that was it. I still have the black Sega Saturn, but the white one looks much cooler. Whats funny is the fact that the Saturn was designed similar to the PS3, in the aspect that it was hard to program for, with its twin Hitachi processors and all, therefore developers migrated over to the easier to program for PS1. Poor Sega. It would be nice if Microsoft did do something to counter Kevin Butler, sorta like the adds Sega had against Nintendo back in the day. I think it was "Sega does what Nintendon't" I guess that's the opposite now, with Nintendo still making game hardware, and Sega just on the software side.

No they dont. I really hate the whole idea that something always needs to be combatted, because it doesnt. I always see threads such as what has MS got to combat GOW?/Uncharted? | What has Nintendo got to combat X game? They dont need to and are doing well enough without.
