Not unless MS does some very illegal things they won't.If we can learn something from the state of the economy these days, is that Microsoft (and any other company) can bite the dust in a blink of an eye.

The economy could harm or completely destroy a company like Microsoft, but we would have to be in a Super Depression a 100 times worse than the last one ad even then it would be a very slow process. If we can learn something from the state of the economy these days, is that Microsoft (and any other company) can bite the dust in a blink of an eye.

Don't bother.
The original article was laughable to begin with. This was the premise of the original article:
The idea is rather simple. What would happen if Microsoft failed with all of its products, or almost all of them, that are scheduled for release and in a few years, companies like Google, Apple, or IBM would invade the increasingly lower market share of the Redmond giant until the company went into bankruptcy?
Think about that. The idea is rather simple....what would happen if everything produced by _______(insert any company name) failed and its competitors _________(insert any company names) would invade and takeover.
Gee, I dunno Sherlock....what would happen if everything failed? Well,, I guess failure would happen :)
Seriously, a three year old could form that argument.....better.

And why wouldn't you upgrade to 7 its like vista 2.0 (the version without the bugs)

AIG was the biggest insurer in the world, way bigger than Microsoft as a company. What happened to them? Pay very close attention to that part of your statement I highlighted.
Specifically, the word beginning in "i".
AIG was the biggest insurer in the world, way bigger than Microsoft as a company.MGS4-SSNot really. Their highest world ranking was once 18th. MS has been in the top 10 for quite a time now.

Yeah.I don't think AIG bit the dust in a milisecond as you previously suggested could potentially happen to corporations that are worth billions. MS shows absolutely no signs even suggesting bankruptcy now or in the near future as it still has huge sales numbers in nearly all it's current products. Please Log In to post.
