MICROSOFT'S NEXT BIG EXCLUSIVE DROPS THIS WEEK ON GAMEPASS...(REVIEWS)

I really dislike the art style also it looks rather slow paced for a beat em up... I dunno if it gets above 6 it'd be shocking.

Like all Xbox games, reviewers start out even before they try the game with a -3.0 so the most it can score is a 7.0. :o

Yeah, expecting about a 6 on this. If it's higher that's great, my son and I will surely get a few hours out of it at least.

It was an absolutely great game on the NES and definitely a classic.. the problem is that just about every other Battletoads game sucked. Then again, I guess Battlemaniacs wasn't terrible (although not good either) but Battletoads/Double Dragon was abysmal..

I was truly hoping for a return to form. This doesn't look like that and I'll take the wait and see approach, but it's not looking good from what I've already seen.

Its a 6/10 perfect for gamepass like every other xbox game.

Metacritic 72 as I type this....which is about 40 points higher than i thought it would be so I guess that's something.

Seems to be getting the kind of reviews that I was expecting. Kind of surprised that IGN gave it an 8. Watched some gameplay and it didn’t look too bad. Still not that great and I just don’t care for the art style of it.
