This is not a Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection vs Home thread, but this is about theĀ avatars themselves.
VS.
What is better to use?
The Mii clearly has the simplicity down, which is both a good thing and a bad thing. The good thing is that they are easy to make and very fun to watch them play sports and stuff. But a problem is that they are disapointingly simplistic. They are not very realistic, no matter how funny they are.
The Home avatars are super realistic, which also have their good side and their bad side. The good thing is that they are very realistic and deep, so you can create almost perfect duplicates of your face. The bad part is that it's very complicated. We all know that SCE doesn't want anything to do with casuals, so they don't have to worry about making things super-simplistic or anything. But it's still very complicated to the avarage gamer, which have absolutely no artistic ability whatsoever. In order to create a great avatar, you may need more than a good idea of how you look like.
So, which is best for you?
For me, the Home avatar is very deep and because I have an artistic ability, I should be able to easily manipulate the controls until I get something I like.
So, which is best for you?
