I can never get over how bad they have always made reptile look in the future MKs. Anything after MK II he just looked dumb. I know the game has a lot of ninjas already, but reptile to me just looks stupid otherwise. He should be a mandatory ninja, a fighting lizard is just stupid.

I HAVE TO AGREE...mortal kombat 2 was the Pinnacle of this series. sad to see that ed boon has never tried to move on from his first big hit. look at naughty dog, they left the crash bandicoot series that THEY made famous on playstation and created the Uncharted franchise that for better or worse ( it is a tomb raider clone after all ) is one of this generations biggest franchises next to call of duty and gears of war.

perhaps this game will be great, but in my opinion fighting games STILL haven t evolved past the high water mark of Soul calibur on dreamcast. theyve just been stuck seemingly in nuetral for like a decade....anyway, wish the rich guy luck.

This does bring back memories though. I remember when I was around age 6 or 7 and my friend used to bring over his Neo Geo. I always thought it was the coolest system ever, I enver owned one, it looked so alien like to me and I believe it used like floppy discs or something, but that was what I first played MK1 on. And it was fantastic.

And Doom looks better than Crysis 2.
