Modern Warfare 2 is RUINED

The Javeline glitch! How does that even happen, who finds out about that, why! OMG, they need to patch that NOW. Instead of banning people. You wouldnt have to bann anyone if you PATCHED THAT CRAP. How is that possible? It has been ruined.

Thats what you get when you have idiots on there. Its not MW2, halo3, COD4 etc is rife with them.

It'll get patched, just take a break from the game for a little while if you hate it that much.

It's getting patched by next week hopefully.

I'm not a huge fan of ACTIVISION, and I sure wish more companies would Public Beta Test, like Battlefield is doing right now.

Maybe this stuff would have been caught a lot sooner.

EPIC needs to Public Beta as well, GeoW2, like MW2, had issues shortly after launch.

Great games though.

Its ruined because of a single, exploitable (but easily avoidable) glitch that is getting patched? Wow, things get ruined easily in SW.

It's a glitch. They aren't cheating, they are simply using exploits that the developers shouldn't have overlooked in the first place.

I have yet to see it on psn. I have seen the glitch videos but no one in game is using it

Just play on the dedicated servers that have mods.

MS have the right to maintain a quality service, especialyl if theye expect people to pay for it.

This would include stopping cheaters on the most popular game currently on Xbox Live.

No matter how you look at it, it's cheating. While we wait for the patch, I suggest everyone report these cheaters and hope for a suspension soon after.

A public beta would have helped but let's face it people will find ways to exploit a game regardless ... there were so many glitches found in Socom Confrontation after the Beta it was ridiculous. Thank God they patched that sucker a couple of times, now I don't see them as often.

A beta would've helped, however, you COD fanboys only have yourself to blame. You let Infinity Ward think they were some great developers when they really aren't, so they said "why bother with a beta, everyone's going to buy into the hype anyway"

You'd think 360 owners would've learned from Gears 2, that unless a game has a beta or a MP demo to not buy it. PS3 owners get a free pass, because every game they have either has a beta or doesn't.

Hopefully now everyone realizes that unless someone does a beta, you shouldn't buy the game. You can't find out glitches/bugs/expoits/etc. if you're doing a closed beta with only the development team.

This is really really annoying. I've never used it, but at the same time people shouldn't be banned for exploiting a GLITCH!

As annoying as it is, the creators of the game should be responsible not the people who paid $60 dollars for it and exploiting something that everyone can use.

it is not a ban it is a 24 hour suspension. It could do some people some good to not play xbox live for a day
