Modern Warfare 2.... Which will you buy? (poll)

So there is alot of controversy over MW2 and Activisions business practices as of late.... I would like to know from my fellow SW's users what you plan on buying in terms of COD: MW2 this holiday season.

If I do buy the game it'll be the standard edition, either second hand or late into its lifetime when the price drops to roughly £10-15.

Normal edition.... i'll get versions for both PS3 & 360 (one getting it later at a cheaper price) but i dont see the use for gettingspecial editions etc..

I just want toplay the game notwaiste my time with the night-vision goggles or else looking at the tin/metal case :)

I came into this thread only to see what people would say, I will be buying neither because Call of Duty has been lost to me. I might get it when it is cheaper for campaign only though.

I wasn't going to purchase this game anyway. I have been speaking out against Call of Duty since before CoD 4 came out and my criticisms still stand.

Not buying, not going to support the CoD franchise or Activision. *cries because I know I'm going to buy SC2*Lethalhazard

I would also like to add that I'm only getting it for the campaign, which I'm sure will be great fun. I get bored with CoD online easily and I would rather not add to Activisions online play statistics.

And good job to everybody doing the same as me! It's up to us to SAY NO to higher game prices and enjoy them at the same time!

I don't get it....I am the only one that has said I plan on getting the prestige...But then ask why would someone spend 150 on a game... ...but I said why......My 8 year old will love the goggles:?

i wont buy it i already have 3 fps killzone 2,halo 3,cod 4 dont need more.companies should try other genres too,half of the games out there are shooters...

Meh, I will buy it giving it a second thought. It isn't as fun as it used to be with CoD. I might even pass considering Uncharted 2 is gons keep me bussy. Maybe for the holidays sales I will buy it.......out of pity for greedy basterds like Activision.

Indeed. Second hand for sure, Activision will no longer see a single dollar from me. I don't care if I have to wait a few months.

COD4 was terrible

But most of this MW2 hate comes from Cows

You see xbox 360 players generally have a much higher skill level then PS3 players and cows

The best players on the PS3 are about equal to Xbox 360 mediocre players

I MIGHT pick it up for PC later, not planning to pay more than half the price. If they plan to release and charge DLC on PC too then I might wait for Goty edition or something with them included.ManicAce
