Waste of money, all of it. Seriously you already have the console and a controller, why spend $60 (probably $70 knowing Activision) on a MW2 controller, $10-$20 on a throat mic, and $10-20 on the console skin/faceplate?

I'm too 1337 to need any of these combat buttons and grips! But I do like the throat mic! Bummer that microsoft doesn't allow anyone but them to make wireless controllers...I still haven't decided what system to get MW2 on :(.

I have to say I'm impressed the controllers looked sweet and the mic was cool looking, if I had the money I would buy one....I'm sure some of my military buddies would snatch them up.

No, they aren't. They look like something a straight up, stereotypical COD nerd would buy. "It makes it feel more realistic, like you're holding a REAL gun!"

Yeah, different grips slapped on the sides of a controller really make that hunk of plastic feel like a gun, huh, you chimp? I also love the "combat buttons". Way to milk the thinking impaired with that. Those buttons take forever to get used to, and even when you do, its not like you're using up any amount of time by pressing the damn face button. People who take video games, especially shooters, so seriously that they have to go to that length, making sure their fingers NEVER leave the joysticks(JESUS NO!) make me cringe.

I also like how he calls the throat mic a "military communications device", pretty much the douchiest way to ever say "microphone". It would've been way better if he just said "Its a microphone". Instead, I get the obnoxious statement "its a military communications device", as if that makes it better than a standard microphone. And who the hell even uses a controller for the PC? If you're going to go that length, JUST PLAY IT ON THE DAMN CONSOLE. And whats the big deal about snapon cover faceplates, or anything you put on your controller. You use a controller to play games, I don't want a damn 10 dollar faceplate when my eyes are never on the controller in the first place. When am I ever going to look down at my controller and admire art that had to be cut up so the face buttons could have a spot?

The only time I'd do that would be after a lobotomy.

The only thing that got close to moderately interesting me were the combat buttons, EVERYTHING ELSE... was lame, and that first post was right, that guy sure was fat.
