Alright, I'm all for democracy and allowing the public to contribute to helping remove annoying users and posts. But can someone answer my question as to why I continuely get points reduction or suspension for nothing?
Examples:
[quote="Not-A-Stalker"]
[quote="360_Degrees"]8.8
Remake of a remake is what holds it back from scoring AAA. Still a fantastic game with breathtaking visuals and lots of extra content, so it will score well no matter what.360_Degrees
Would being a remake of a remake effect? Gameplay, graphics, sound, tilt, value?
Ah, yes, yes it would.
Gameplay wouldn't be as fresh.
Tilt wouldn't be as high because the player might of already played the first 2, therefore it wouldn't be as fun of an experience.
Those are enough to bring it down to AA.
As a result, I get my message deleted (as well as Not-A-Stalker's, meaning I think he only reported me to not look like a fool). This was ****fied as "Disruptive Posting". Please, elaborate mods. That would be greatly appreciated.
Here's another post of mine that was deleted and my score was reduced:
"Has no competition"?
Wow, Hermits are arrogant.
Take off your fanboy goggles, and then open your eyes and you will see that there are plenty of other amazing FPS's that will be coming out this year (for starts: UT3, Quake Wars, Half-Life 2 Orange Box, Halo 3, Haze, etc.) 360_Degrees
This was in response to a Crysis thread, in which the TC posted how Crysis "Had no competition". How was my post "disruptive"?
I also got a 7 day suspension for calling someone an "r-tard" (just like from the WoW South Park episode). I can understand this punishment, but wow, people here need to lighten up a bit.
So in conclusion, why were these 2 posts deleted? I don't mind about the score reduction, but why delete a logical and thought out post that builds on the discussion? I need you moderators to do me a favour and either admit the mistake or give me a logical answer, thank you. Locking/deleting threads would be considered fascism (joking!).
