Monster Hunter Tri vs. Lost Planet 2?

I can only get one but I'm having trouble deciding which... If I were to choose MH then I could also buy a Wii Classic Controller to go with it.

Go for Tri, I had fun with it. LP2 looks something of a flop.

I would go with Tri. Fantastic game and you are probably going to get much more out of it in terms of both a single player and multiplayer experience. Of course, it all depends on what appeals to you most.

MH3 would be some much more enjoyable if it had been on a more modern console. wiispeak is SOOOOO bad. me and my friends had too use XBL to communicate as we played.

Well I'm pretty sure I'm going with MH but if anyone else has any ideas to share feel free.

And LP2 was a flop? How so?

LP2 is one of my most anticipated titles this year, it's obviously your opinion but could you state why you don't think it will be good?

Honestly both games look excellent, I would recommend getting MHT for the time being. But down the road LP2 would be another great choice.

I see you guys form your own opinions and don't blindly follow reviews. I'd suggest renting them both if you're in the middle.

Tri, almost unquestionably.

I was kind of looking forward to Lost Planet 2 and pre-ordered it and all but now it looks like I'm gonna hafta cancel it. What a big letdown. :(
