More bad news for Warhawk. Stat Tracker gradually dying again.

Well, they fixed it last night for a couple hours. Now, more and more people are reporting that the stat tracker has died on them again. Some still get, others didn't even get a thing after the fix. So much for their fix:

This is pretty sad now. You can chalk a beta and an attempted fix up there as failures to solve this issue that honestly kills a lot of the reason to play this game.

You can officially throw away 3 badges, a medal and 150 points plus 52 kills in the last hour I played (which was a few hours ago) It's such a joke.

Yah im happy with gameplay but so dissapointed with the online service. Seeing that the game is online only we really should have to deal with crap like this. I barely play the game because i get so many problems. Ill probably pick it back up once these issues are fixed.Blitz_Nemesis

stats and everything have been working fine for me. It takes me less than 2 minutes to get into a room, ranked too. Great game too by the way. already got 15 hours ranked + another 10 unranked. I seriously don't know how you guys say it's 'unplayable'.Snake_915

I just bought it tonight and it was really fun, but it would be too bad if there's no reliable stat tracking.

Also, players with mics seem quite rare in my first night of owning it - one guy asked repeatedly if anyone had a mic, but his desperate pleas went unanswered.

Warhawk eh? Last two times I tried to play it I couldn't connect to their server. They need to sort their **** out, and quickly. Multiplayer-only games tend to suck and die if the community gets tired of technical issues and decide to bugger off.Banankraken

Thats becuase using your mic on PSN games are buggy and choppy and sometimes don't work i gave up with it myself. It's just to painfull to enjoy any game on PSN after playing so much better on Live

Bought a retail game thats multiplayer only and the stat tracking portion isnt reliable at all. Its Sony's very own RROD for the stat servers!! :shock:

Well, I just passed by the Warhawk forums in GameSpot for a second and I saw that most the Incognito team walked out and there were a few poeple during development.

Anyway, they know the problem. Dylan has posted tons of times in the PSU forums so they will be fixed, don't worry. I still enjoy playing it a lot :) Amazing game.

Normally I'd agree, but in this game it's somewhat geared towards playing ranked. All the customization options are locked up and require certain groups of goals to be hit. They can take quite a bit of time...and it becomes addicting.

Imagine World of Warcraft, where people go and battle, but get no reward for defeating a foe. Rank points are the currency in Warhawk that unlocks the cool stuff.

That's why peopl eare mad.

Welp...after going about 180 - 40 in my kills/deaths tonight, I go and check the stats...no updates.

XBL is the suite? well duh....... with live comin out with xbox 1 and the 360 havin an 8 month head start? 8 months is like an eternity in the gamin world. but i guess its okay cuz PSN will catch up with XBL with its stelroid: Playstation Homewalkingsky

It's not like XBL will stay stagnant while PSN improves. There are always the major updates.

And yes, Xbox had sort of a head start. But PS2 was online, but failed to make any headway during the course of the console's lifecycle. Had plenty of time to get their act together then.

So yeah... that whole head start thing is really starting to lose its validity as an excuse.
