MOST anticipated video games among 25,000 gamers

Sometimes I just lose faith in gamers. With all the innovative games being released like Heavy Rain which could potentially move an entire genre forward the public chose an FPS expansion as their most anticipated game. Not hating on Halo ODST but come on!Archaic8

Out of all the lists there is only 1 game I see myself buying, Mass Effect 2.

*facepalm* calling people idiots for having an opinion different from your own? :|...I for one am heavily anticipating Halo 3 ODST's launch and for good reason too...Halo 3 was imo an excellent game which i play to this day, and Halo 3 ODST is an open world expansion with a different perspective...so why not anticipate it?

EDIT: if you're talking about Halo in general then yes i have and personally i found that it was seriously sub par, the weapons weren't satisfying and everything seemed slow and inpresise

I am sorry but a game is mediocre to me if the level design is piss poor.

The game mechanics may have been fresh at the begining of the decade but they really don't do anything for the genre.

I'm personally looking forward to The Elder Scrolls V, Alan Wake, Mass Effect 2 and Mafia 2. I've gotten too picky over the years for some reason. Maybe because of the current state of the economy.

I can never really understand the popularity of halo, its good but its pretty average, but in America nothing suprises me, mediocrity gets celebrated waaay too much. then again its the same in the uk.

Halo in general isnt that great of a fps. For the consoles it might be one of their best fps to offer,but coming from Pc side its nothing special. Its sort of like a bargin bin type of quality.
