I agree here. Characters like MC and Samus are more like heroes (heroine).Kratos is an antihero, total badass. All equal in awesomeness.

Seriously, the first God of War opens up with Kratos jumping off a cliff to "relieve him of his nightmares."

What he told you isn't entirely accurate. The story isn't completely spoiled, as at least one of those is wrong. 

Still, that's a lot of spoilers without tags for a game that only came out a month and a half ago.

I see what was inaccurate about my statement, he doesn't necessarily kill Zeus..

[spoiler] Zeus lives, instead Athena jumps in and sacrafices herself to save Zeus. Kratos goes back in time and gets the Titans to climb to Olympus and that's where it ends.. can't wait to see the God of War 3 [/spoiler]

Scorpion AND Kratos both better advance towards the final round, or else this little competition is a total flop-sham.

They should've spread out Kerrigan and Zeratul into two polls and added in the overmind, but its too late now.

They made scorpion less of a badass in the newer games, if i remember correctly he now has the spear on his belt.

Edit: couldn't find any screen shots that show it and am too lazy to pull out my copy of deception, either way Scorpion is still the biggest badass in the thread.

But honestly, it's close between Kratos and Scorpion. But in the end, Kratos simply isn't badass enough to compare with Scorpion.

I agree, it's truly sad that great characters like Kerrigan and Fenix could have lost to MC because of all the Halo fanboys. I mean, Halo's a great game, but MC is one of the most boring characters ever. And don't give me that "read the books" crap either. I'm basing this only on game, and what they show in it.

Scorpion is pretty badass, but seriously, Kratos killed a god, thats pretty badass, not many people can say that they have done that.
