Power Armor in Fallout 3. It should make you a walking tank, but you can still get killed while wearing it.
Weapon Enchanting in Oblivion. You can make way overpowered weapons

I find that the Power Armor is kinda useless, The Ranger Battle Armor gives similar protection, and almost identical with a combat helmet. But it isn't as heavy, and doesn't hit your agility. It also gives you +1 to luck. You can also repair it fairly easy, pretty much any type of combat armor could repair the Ranger's Battle Armor.
In brawl i thought the fan was cheap. You can keep spamming that thing until 999% then you do any move with knockback and you killed him. Extremely broken.nintendoman562You've just reminded me of an online match I had with my friends. It was down to just me and another guy, he had Peach and I had Captain Falcon. He picked up the fan and started whaling on me and I couldn't move. :| I couldn't do a damn thing but sit there and watch as my hit counter rose into the triple digits. Then, after a few minutes of watching myself helplessly beaten, he finally stopped and slapped me and won the match. That pissed me off to no end.
This, and Ike in Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance. Just give him Aether, and he can pretty much take a whole map himself. Either that or resolve and Wrath, which is even more devastating.....the laptop sentry in perfect dark , lay one out and watch the fire works

its harder to aim in halo 3 because you have to lead your BR shots, and the BR burst bullets dont all land in the same place (theyre not one hundred percent accurateHalo 3 easily.
It's sad because Halo CE and 2 actually took skill and required you to aim, in Halo 3 you don't have to.

this is a good topic, TC. i'll actually expand mine to a top five:
5. Nightmare from SC2 (seriously: reach, power, speed - fun character, but completely cheap).
4. Snake from SSBB (definitely agree with TC on this one).
3. Sagat from SF2 (when playable). i used to throw my controller at my friend when he would play with this guy. granted, he was a great SF2 player, but he figured out this exploit using Sagat that was just maddening. i heard his SF4 iteration is also ridiculously overpowered.
2. The pistol from Halo CE. seriously, a pistol can do this much damage? um. okay.
1. I still stand by Bo Jackson from the NES version of tecmo bowl. don't believe me? watch this:

Broken Weapons and gameplay;
The Desert Eagle - this handgun is deadly in Hardcore mode because of both damage and range but for some reason I find it inaccurate at close range compared to the other pistols. Still, it is my most prefered weapon in COD4.:P
Grenade Lauchers - I look down on people who uses it. What frustrates me is how it's used in Search & Destroy regardless of what mode you play Hardcore or not. The thing is that people are shooting it from their spawning point to the opposing team's spawning point.
The time does not reset when you are given the ability to chuck grenades back. This is a problem when you encourter those who disgrace themselves by using martydom. The good thing is that it is fixed in COD-WaW but the settings turned me off from buying it.
old school for me. the most overpowered, broken character in any game was Bo Jackson on the NES version of Tecmo Bowl. you could give him the ball EVERY TIME, and he could run it in for a touch down. we even had a "No Bo Jackson" rule with all my friends growing up in my neighborhood.clone01We have a winner

get the T51-b Armour from Fort Constantine.....it provides the most DR and no agility loss[QUOTE="clone01"]old school for me. the most overpowered, broken character in any game was Bo Jackson on the NES version of Tecmo Bowl. you could give him the ball EVERY TIME, and he could run it in for a touch down. we even had a "No Bo Jackson" rule with all my friends growing up in my neighborhood.CrazyyyDylanWe have a winner lol, those were the days. I used to play that game like mad. Probably the best football game of all time :P Bo Jackson was pretty broken though.
Right now it has be the automatic shotgun from RSV and Quantum of Solace, I started playing QoS for the trophies and started to get into MP and every freaking person uses the auto shotgun on every single map. And equip it with a silencer.
I swear ON EVERY SINGLE MAP, its just point and own, pisses me off.
Fight Night Round 3 is the most unbalanced broken fighter I have ever played.
You can basically beat everyone with Roy Jones by exploiting his shortness and agility so that he cannot be hit at all. Although Ali and Frasier have the same amount of points distributed differently, Ali kicks his arse. Although they are logical opposites, Ali is better, what more evidence do you need than that?
The block system is completely rigid, the counters are just free punches, the clinch mechanic is a bit too 'hit and miss', the characters are nothing like they are in real life and it is a mechanical improbability to win by decision.
