I made a trhead about crying over a game, but now I realize thats a little too much :| So I restated the question

MGS3: Snake Eater

[spoiler] The ending was one of the most emotional things ever, commiting euthanasia on The Boss, her speech, and the twist ending that she died for her country. [/spoiler]

World of Warcraft.

I was cool with it

tidus thought yuna was going to die. and i loved when they just started laughing at nothing. ffx

remember something crazy going on in legend of dragoon but forgot what thats been a while ago.

i loved drakengard 2 where at the end of it he got wings could fly and fought the dragon that took care of him all his life. that was awesome.

zelda tp was going crazy when fighting ganon on the horse but it was so hard to fight him face to face or whatever he blocked a lot.

just been so many games that have touched me. could name even more stuff but im tired going to get an hour on wow.

Indigo Prophecy is a pretty emotional game. The way its presented really draws you into the characters too.---SLUG---

I LOOOOOVVVEEED that game....pretty much the only single player game Ive ever liked as much as I did....the entire ending of that game sucked incredibly though.....it was so rushed....

nope.....there was an Ending Explained topic in the Saints Row board....where it posted the explanation of what happened...and he does indeed die...there is tons more to it and contrary to popular belief...the games story was pretty deep when you see it all wrapped up in the end...

*MASSIVE SPOILERS FOR FFXII and ODIN SPHERE*

I don't like the story of the game, but the ending was pretty dramatic...when you find out the new gabranth is actually basch.

Mercedes dying in Odin Sphere was pretty sad...especially if you pick mercedes to fight ingway. Even if you go the correct way and fight onyx, it's still pretty sad...Also when the bird tells gwen she's the bravest warrior in the world...that was hot stuff.

Oh... I beat the game a long time ago and I could of sworn the character popped back up in the water after the ship blows.

Dead Rising. Lots of people cry and yell out of rage and hopelessness in that game.

[spoiler] Also that one part where Brad gets pushed into the tunnels filled with zombies and you go back to find him and you see him sitting against the wall with his intestines all ripped.....its kinda sad because he's still alive and just waiting to become a zombie, and his hand pushing the gun in the flashlight is pretty emotional...then you can kill zombie Brad after that cutscene. that was fun....I mean sad...:P [/spoiler]

I don't think I've ever been so upset by a game. I felt so helpless, and yet so much guilt because I knew that my actions led to her death. And I just had to watch. Powerful moment.

If you've ever played WoW and are a victim of a moron who corpse camps you for an entire day, then you would understand that yeah, It can really get to you emotionally.

Also its the same vice versa, when you camp someone else. You'd be surprised how pissed off some people would get.

I agree, the game was awesome, but wasn't nothing like it could have been. Its like for the first half of the game you're playing multiple characters each day, and then all of a sudden it skips like a month of time and your just wondering WTF happened.

Its just plain obvious half the game was left unfinished.
