Most impressive game so far?

So Microsoft have both shown their big guns. What is the most impressive in your opinion?

I'd have to say Halo3. The graphics are beautiful.

Look at that and tell me you aren't impressed.The character models are top notch.Even the ground textures look nice. Kudos bungie.

In second place so far has to be Killzone 2.Sure,it's no Gears of War or Crysis,but it looks nice.

killzone 2 trailer look damn good....next will be masseffect.

Halo 3 still takes the honor. The guns MS has shown here are guns we already have seen and are big but to assume MS has shown all the big guns would be a mistake!

Believe me, they have yet to fire the shot (a gun the size of battleship guns lol ) that will be heard around the world !

Most impressive 360 game is still Mass Effect.

1- Halo 3 so far
2- Killzone 2. Halo looks more promising to me, but the sheer fact that this game is amazing looking and guerilla delivered makes it the game that steals the show. Funny Number 1 is more impressive overall. but number 2 is stealing the show. heck ive talked more about Killzone than Halo. Looks like ill be getting a PS3 for more than just MGS 4. oh and for the people that didnt get what i meant by that. I might by PS3 for a game that rhymes with Pillzone.
3- Mass Effect- still looks sexy.

If your talking about graphics...I stopped right there.

But just to add my thoughts...I'd say K2 and halo 3 for sure.

Halo 3 looked alright it still looked like the beta.... Killzone had more detail and was alot more lifelike everything in Killzone is better than Halo from what weve seen.

CoD4 and Assassin's Creed

1: Mass Effect

2: Halo 3

3: Call of Duty 4

4: Killzone 2 (though I'm a lemming I felt they did come with some thunder, hellfire and brimstone. I still don't feel it crushes the best on the 360 but it was damn impressive and if the gameplay lives up PS3 owners will rejoice.

5: Gears PC

6: Lost Oddyssy

7: GTA 4

8: Madden 2008

since i am not a halo fan killzone is number 1 for me. i seriously thought halo was going to look close to the cgi trailer. it ended up looking exactly like the beta.

Killzne 2 and Halo 3 both look so much better than anyone thought they would, now is truly a time to rejoice! Can't wait to see some SSBB!Spartan070

i disagree with the halo bit. i am being completely honest, i am a sony faboy... HOWEVER, i was thinking of getting a 360 depending on how halo 3 single-player looks. i wasnt impressed by the graphics at all. it was the same as the beta. i also hear they dedicted 70 percent of the dev team on single-player, so i had a feeling it might look 2x better then beta. i was wrong.

the e3 trailer (starry night, is Impossible, even for pc). i dont know. prob final product will prove me wrong?

CoD4 and Assassins Creed blew me away.^_^ Also Lost Odyssey looked BEAUTIFUL,same with Blue Dragon...I have the Blue Dragon demo and I really love it,about to play the second part right now.O.O Oh yea,and Lost 4 Dead.......co-op and a horde of zombies,my dream.

P.S.-The Halo 3 trailer for single player was a bit of a let down for me.O.o Like Morgan,Adam and that other guy said after MS confrence,it doesnt look that much better than the multiplayer.The master cheif model in the first trailer had superb textures and lighting compared to the,master cheif now.Now looking at sills from the HD trailer,it looks worse than what everyone expected.Gameplay,gameplay,gameplay....yes I know,Im excited for the gameplay to which judging from the beta is fun as hell.But I bought a next-gen console for next-gen graphics also,along with next-gen physics,next-gen A.I....etc.,and if im paying $60 dollar per game then I want that game to be worth the $60.I heard Bungie always add textures last in their games,hopefully thats true,the games lacking graphically.

as for the most impressive...i'd say without a doubt killzone 2. Im still not impressed with halo 3's graphics...
