I guess WarioWare.. I tend to stay away from from "insane" (as defined by TC) games. I don't have ADD. I like focusing. Tc should've given his "most insane game" to give us a better idea what he was talking about.
starcraft custom maps, some times you would have more then 100 zerglings on screen, maybe even more its been a while since ive last played those maps that i even forgot their names.
dead rising, 100 zombies attacking myself and 5 survivors, each armed with a cleaver, pick axe, baseball bat, shotgun etc, i was lobbing every bench i could find! that was epic!
Imagine a radar (circle with you at the center) where nothing but red is closing in from all directions, now you might not think its much if you haven't played it but thats somewhere in the range of 100+ enemies closing in on your location to send you straight to hell (unless your in a good ship then you'll last at least awhile unless you run for your life).
You may not think thats much but my rig even lags with all the chaos going on, it could run crysis maxed smoother then those battles.
dodonpachi, bullet hell smup And there is a PS2 game called "demon warrior" or something like that wich is kinda like dynasty warriors but with 3000(!!!!) enemies on screen at once!!!! Graphics are absolutely shyte and enemies only make a basic walking motion but you have to bash your way through it dynasty warriors style so you are constantly getting surrounded totally crowding the screen with enemies at all times. This aint some hype talk there are litterally 3000 enemies on screen at once on a PS2 game (that looks and plays horribly :P)
I don't feel like recollecting all the games I've played. But more recently I would say Dead Rising. Guiding a group or survivors through hundreds or zombies and under a tight time limit was very extreme.
and its my 2nd favorite game on the 360
