Doom, Quake, Half-Life, Duke Nukem, Deus Ex. All were on the PC first for a while and ALL were better on PC even after the ports.

I disagree that Stalker is better then Haze and I'm not sure if Farcry 2 will be exclusive. Same can be said for Crysis. You have a good point but I haven't seen any overwhelming evidence that PC is the king of FPS. If you were to use games that are 360/PC only, then I could bring up games that are 360/PS3 only, such has timesplitters, and James Bond.

I will admit that the PC games you mentioned are better then the ones I mentioned in the eyes of most gamers.

How is the PC king of FPS. I don't know of any good exclusive PC FPS francises except for Crysis. I can name 4 good PS3 FPS: Resistance, Killzone, SOCOM, Haze.
