Most popular game that you didn't like?

oblivion, the lack of immersion made it hard for me to get in to it, yes the game was very huge, but....it just wasnt game of the year level to me

Halo, COD, Fallout, or anything that has to do with futuristic marines/military/mutants/aliens and guns.

They're.So.Boring.And.Repetitive.

GTA4, i just don'tbuy in the hype. the best GTA was GTA 3. not san andreas or vice city.

Assassin's Creed. ugh, this awful game. just plain terrible. don't get me started.

Gears pf War. i don't know. i think it was jsut a point-and-shoot game. you know. enemies come out of nowhere, you have to kill them ,then move to the next area, and do the same thing. but i didin't finish it so maybe there's some awesome moments that i missed out.

Resistance 2. jsu a meh shooter for me. didn't feel that engaging at all. the colours are just plain boring. also, when you shoot the Bullseye it doesn't feel like you're shooting a gun, more of like a toy gun or something. enemies are annoying as well.

inFAMOUS, it's an 'ok' game. what made it great is that there were no other better games released when it launched.

Any Zelda games. I've tried over and over again to enjoy them but I never can. I hear so much about them and I get excited and want to like it, but I can't. It's sad really.

world of warcraft (got the 10-day trial but could barely stomach 3 days) lego indiana jones (i reviewed it to tell you why). and does it count if i like assassin's creed but everyone else h8s it?

Call of Duty for being a noob friendly game with barely any gameplay improvements since over half a decade ago......

GTA because the games get so boring after a while to me. The poor controls have always been a turn off as well.

CoD4, infact I hate it. I espically hate how popular the game is, because it's the only game I've ever played to set a standard of quality as low as it has. Then you hear how people want all these other FPS games to be more like CoD4. It makes me sick to be honest. When did 5 hour long reruns of what's been done a million times before become the golden standard? Oh, that's right, it was when they put cool real life weaponry and terroristsinto the game, and abadly developed multiplayer that failed to create any sense of balance or even reward any form of skill. I can't believe people were willing to give this nonsense GotY.

Fallout 3, people like it because of its open-ness but it is just far to slow and boring for me, I make choices IRL I want to play a game for the game.

Bioshock, game has very good aspects, but very bad ones too... the puzzles... wow...

I know I'm probably gonna need a flame shield the size of Texas, but I gotta say Resident Evil 4.....and 5. I absolutely hate....that's right HATE what they have done with the RE series. RE and Silent Hill(Silent Hill is slowly going downhill) were my 2 favorite survival horror series' of all time. The adventure, the puzzles, the eerie atmospheres, everything about them. Nemesis and Code Veronica X were outstanding games. Now......NOW, they have taken the casual road to turn RE into a mindless dull shooter. God forbid I find the waste of $perm who decided this change, I'll gladly sink the backside of a hammer into his heart. :evil: Anyway, all my opinion though right kiddies? :D

Gears 2. while i enjoyed the first one, the second is just such a huge disappoiment. the online has so many bugs and lag, and i can only just about forgive it for having horde mode which is really fun.

GoW - it was OK as a game, but no where near AAA, i cant belive that people said its one of the best ps2 games,

even IGN listed it abow shadow of the collossus and Okami, its a shame. i loved the cutsceens and the story was good,

not excelent, but good, the whole game is over hyped more then anything eals, and the worse part is the

over hyping of the graphics, which looked awesome on the cutsceens, but they where far from the best on ps2

In theback of my mind I knew it was a mistake buying the game. I wanted to like it but after a few hours I'd had enough. That's just the way it is. My own fault, I know.

And this is why I won't be buying GOW3 or FFwhatever. I want to like them but know I can never get into those type of games.
