The Wii might be overrated, but they brought something new to the table, and it was newly developed motion controls/nunchuck. So I might just have to say,Wii kidna deserve that overrated hype its got today.

on here? the wii by a country mile. as far as SW is concerned the wii is a disasterous piece of filth that has absolutely no merit as a console. it has 0 good games and its best games pale in comparison to the worst games on the PS3 or 360. not only are there no good games on it...it is impossible for any dev to actually make a good game for it...even the best devs could only make crap games on it since its so fundamentilly flawed. thats SW for ya. at one stage there was a thread proposing the removal of the wii as a platform to be debated on SW...thats how hated it is here. the only other platform to recieve that kind of hate is the PC. oddly enough though there my two fav platforms this gen :P
This forum is ridiculous. Everytime there is a favorite console poll, ps3 always wins, yet at the same time it wins most underrated console as well? This poll is sort of pointless, because people are just going to vote for their favorite console anyways. I vote for wii as being the most underrated here, because it is always bashed and most of the criticisms are uninformed. I would say ps3 is by far the most overrated system here. However, I would agree that ps3 is very underrated in the eyes of the general public and according to unexperienced gamers, and that wii is the most overrated console this gen according to the general public (mainly because of its massive sales). I guess I'd say that the PSP is the most underrated console overall. I don't own one personally, but tons of people bash it as if it had no games when I think it has a pretty good library. I think the general public dismisses it in favor of the iphone. I don't particularly want either (favoring ds over psp, and regular ipod over iphone/touch) but I think the psp deserves more positive attention than it gets.

Yeah... maybe I'm being optimistic, but hopefully in a few years time, people will start to wise up and view the Saturn more fondly like they do the Dreamcast.

I say the PS3. People dont give it a chance just because of its price. If your going to be against it, at least try it first and dont go off of what others say.

Wii is easily the most underrated, at least in terms of t3h system warz. While I can't say too much about it, based on what I do know from not owning a PS3, I do think it is very likely to be very underrated as well, mainly because of its bad start. Admittedly, I was a pretty big PS3 hater towards the beginning of the gen, but I outgrew it, and now am looking forward to it quite a lot. While I won't get as many games for it as the other consoles or handhelds, I am really looking forward to some of its great looking exclusives. But like I said, I don't have it, and have to say the Wii because it isn't even close to being as bad as people on here think it is.
Easily the Wii. It does deserve SOME of the hate, but it does have quite a few very good games. How the hell is the PS3 winning? Most of the topics on this forum are about how this PS3 game is graphics king, or that PS3 game is AAAE confirmed, or how the PS3 is the most powerful console in existence, and so on. It is many things, but underrated is not one of them.
I question how anyone can vote for PS3, ESPECIALLY when they're talking about Gamespot forums. No, I don't hate the PS3, but I do hate they're fanboys. How can the PS3 win a Wii vs 360 vs PS3 poll AND a most underrated console poll?
