Really nice trailers. I still have yet to finish the first ME game. I just can't get into it, but it is one of the few games I find much more enjoyable on PC than on consoles. I hope this is the last entry and satisfies ME fans completely. I'm getting kinda sick of the straying away from the trilogy format, as it really is the best story telling format.

Are we assuming Last Guardian won't make 2012? Although that wouldn't surprise me.

The official trailer was pretty meh and i really hope all that ingame footage was from consoles (since it looked no better than ME2 on consoles, nvm PC).

With that said, i still cant wait for this game and already have my CE paid in full (on PC ofc). Oh and that fanmade trailer was pretty epic, the Halo 3 announcement music works brilliantly with it and still gives me goosebumps.

Not too hyped to be honest. Mass Effect 2 was good but meh, kinda lost interest in the series after the travesty that was Dragon Age 2.

Cant say i liked the trailer but the first two games were brilliant. Let´s see. I would say ME3 or GTA V

ME1 was great ME2 removed some RPG elements of the already "to much shooter alike ME1" but still was very good ( though i liked ME1 more ) Hopefully ME3 will bring back more RPG elements and not be focused on shooting

Oh and bring MAKO back please instead of that stupid mini game I really like exploring on that vehicle

I suspect my favorite games of 2012 will be either Diablo 3, Guild Wars 2 or Kenshi if it goes gold (already have access to alpha, and despite lacking all the awesomesause the full release will have, it is still a blast)

I liked the first two games, but I'm really not feeling it this time around. Especially after the script leaked. I'll try to reserve my judgement until I see more of the game, but I currently don't see it getting GOTY...not that I can think of any other big console titles next year. Hm.Planeforger

The Last Guardian, The Last Story, Pandora's Tower are 3 promising console games for next year. But yeah, looks like a weak year for consoles.

1. Bold claim, since Mass Effect has never been chosen as GOTY by GS before. It's only nominated by users, but that's expected, due to popularity.

2. Using music from one blockbuster game for the trailer of another blockbuster game is heresy. I give it 10 points for blesphemy. Bad trailer.

In my opinion, if a Bioshock game were to win GOTY, it would have had to be Bioshock 1. It didn't. And i doubt any of the successors will. Bioshock games aren't the pinnacle of the fps genre in terms of gameplay. What it had going for itself was atmosphere. The problem is atmosphere-centric games tend to wear down after the first. Case in point -Dead Space franchise. Do we really expect Dead Space 3 in future to be more impactful than Dead Space 1?

I know Bioshock Infinite is of a different setting, but c'mon. It's the 'Safe Haven turned Hell' drill all over again.

I wonder if the plot twist will be blatantly obvious again.
