I've played motorstorm and its certainly not amazing, and this is what Sony is "SUPER" marketing...that and resistence(which is good). And. Well. Nope thats it...
So I take it you have played DIRT already... how is it in action?? Can you post a clip as alot of us would like to see that! ... Game is still in development friend..i.e. not final.. online might eventually be included, who knows.

Hahaha oh no, splitscreen. That's just what I want in a racing game, my view of the track to be split. Anyone ever play McRae, where it had a realistic setup of single, timed races?
