 Well first really there is no death blow but the closest thing would be this.

Q4 Halo 3 comes out, a price drop and...GTA4 exclusive to the 360 cause MS bought T2. That would be ginormous.

I mean honestly buying Take2 would silence System Wars for days for fanboys of Sony or MS if either bought it 

A price drop and the purchase of T2 making GTA exclusive would porbably put Sony away in the US.pins_basic

If GTA 4 went exclusive to 360 Cows would sell there PS3's or atleast run to Best Buy and get a 360. Not just becuase of GTA.But becuase that really would be enough for them to completly say F SONY

Well if everything goes wrong just like it looks like, they would be in serious trouble, at least their gaming division would be. Ofcourse they wont fade away, the PS3 will hold it's ground, but as said, if the worst happens, we wont see a Playstation 4. I still think they will do OK, not outstanding but OK this generation. However with the money spent on developing the PS3, doing OK, might not be their goal :).
