Why is that everytime a new Head to Head comes everybody deems a winner off little differences? Like say: Mw2, RDR, GTA4, etc.

Pretty much. Apparently I played the "terrible" versions of Bioshock 2 and RDR. I never knew :(Around here every little blurry texture or jagged edge is a big deal, even though most people would never even notice while playing.

Let's be honest, exaggerated differences in multiplats and a hand full of exclusives is all 360-only fanboys have to hold on to.
Every other reason why to not own another system has been blasted out of the water.

Basicly who ever gets the slight edge and I mean slightblows it out of porportion.
Ocasionally the PS3 version are better but still most of the time there isn't that big of a difference.(unless if one comes with extra levels, then if those levels are worth it that system has the better version) But in my opinion slightly better graphics and/or sound quality isn't a reason for me to think one is significantly better than the other.Let's be honest, exaggerated differences in multiplats and a hand full of exclusives is all 360-only fanboys have to hold on to.

Well i didn't notice red dead redemption looking bad on PS3. And I never noticed any differences in games, they almost always look almost the same

Yes, is it that hard? Ok, let me explain. You tried to make it seem like only 360 fans point out/exaggerate the differences when they have a superior version, yet that is not the case, as clearly PS3 fans have done the same before. So does that mean it was because 360 was blowing PS3 out of the water, or were you just talking crap? It's one of those two, maybe you could clarify.[QUOTE="FragTycoon"][QUOTE="SaltyMeatballs"] Same happened with those games, I don't care about your personal opinion. SaltyMeatballs

actually, the difference in RDR, and many other games, is quite noticeable. And embarrassing.
KarateeeChop
All I see is a texture resolution difference. Now tell how that is significant? MW2 is freaking 600p and upscaled to 1080p. I can change the contrast, colors, hell even the brightness opition is there!

To sum up, I take it we both agree that differences in most of these games are slight and often exaggerated.

Yup. Lets not forget Final Fantasy 13, and Dragon Age. Oh, and how cows mocked Alan Wake for being in subhd. :P

Somehow you read 'ONLY 360-only fanboys exaggerate multiplat difference's
Every fanboy out there exaggerate? hell yea. Saying that PS3 fanboysexaggerate differences in multiplats as much as 360 fanboys do (99% of all multiplats are SUPERIORon 360 sound familiar) is wrong and you know it...... weather you will admit it or not will be seen shortly.

So...comparing a 720p prerendered CGI movie to a 1080p prerendered CGI movie versus comparing 720p gameplay to 644p gameplay? I'm not really seeing how that's an adequate comparison, considering GAMEPLAY from FFXIII was 720p on the PS3 and only 576p on the 360.
644 > 576.
Also, Alan Wake = 540p with 720p HUD.
I'll give you some time to take that all in. ;)

nope, that's the best possible way to word that.
also they are there for system wars reasons, nothing more nothing less. if a game has signifigant differences on different platformsthe comparison wont be needed, it will be pointed out in the review.
I don't mind their being a "winner" if there is a clear winner. Like if textures, frame rate, and load times were better on one version, and everything else was identical, the version with the better stuff can win just fine.
I don't like when sites declare winners when there are some things better on one version, and other things are better on the other version. Too subjective. I've also seen comparisons when the "judge" used a controller preference as the metric to determine the better version, which really grinds my gears.

If you wasn't so quick to bash my post, you'd have realized that the only difference in the FF13 comparisons is the resolution, while RDR the PS3 version LOSES foilage, plus resolution. ;)

Eh, foliage. I'm kind of curious if that disparity between the two versions of RDR is consistent throughout the world. There are plenty of places in RDR I can't imagine having twice the amount of grass, as there is grass everywhere.
Comparison pics like the RDR ones above are also why I don't like comparisons. I never see a game in still mode, it's always moving, and RDR doesn't look like that when I play it on my ps3, much crisper. I don't know why, but these games don't look the same in motion as they do in still shots.
