Multiplatform games going to the 360 and Wii... but NOT the PS3

2k Sports announced Don King's Prize Fighter for the Wii and 360, but not the PS3

...and Bully is coming to the Wii and 360, but not the PS3

Both recent announcements from 2k sports and Valve where the PS3 seems to be getting shunned in multiplatform releases... is this the beginning of a trend?

It's hard to believe considering how easy it would be to simply port the 360 version to the PS3 and how they'd have to build the Wii release from the ground up

Left for Dead isn't coming to the Wii, you can quote me.

That point fails right there, especially considering Left's major focas, Online communication and Online gamelay to survive. It's not coming to the Wii, even if it was an Offline game. Valve can't hack it.

This thread is okay, but it doesn't make the point you need to point with issues like these right in front our faces.

Since they say it is scaleable.... porting from PC to 360 or from PC to Wii is easier ... maybe due to the this gen's architecture and lastgen architecture is similar. But ps2 vs p3's architecture is vastly different.gamenux

No, Gabe from Valve doesn't like teh PS3 or Sony. It doesn't mean they won't hire outside to make it. Either way, it's not a big loss, but Valve is hurting themselves more, as Gabe is stubborn.

How does Burnout, GTA 4, DMC 4, RE 5, AC and COD 4 prove this they either came same day or are coming same day for both 360 and PS3 and are going to be the same.

The decisions made by developers of 3 games does not represent that of all developers.

I guess people are forgetting that the 360 and Wii versions of Bully will feature extra game content, but to cows more gameplay is meaningless...DXGreat1_HGL

Its an old game and I doubt 30 minutes of extra gameplay will make them start wanting that version.
