I would say any fighting game, due to the d-pad that offers tighter control. Well, assuming that everyone in the world doesn't own a gamepad or arcade stick :P.
Off the top of my head; Burnout, Mirrors Edge, Prototype looks a little better but performs a little worse, Dirt, Unreal Tournament 3, late ports like Oblivion, Alone in the Dark & C & C 3, and any fighter (except maybe VF5, no online).

Okay, how about until further notice. PC is king and when console fanboy argue we leave the PC out. EVERYBODY knows that PC is the king in most areas. We don't need every topic to have someone saying so.
Oblivion is not superior on PS3. Its missing a lot of content that is available on both the 360 and PC, and since cows are using the joker DLC to claim Batman superiority, i'd say the same applies with oblivion.

They're in my standard edition. I was just curious as to whatever else was missing, aside from obvious DLC/Mods for PC.
Visually though, the PS3 version looks better than the 360 one.

Also, it's not just pixels, though most of it is:P, and don't you want more HD games, I sure do, it's optional though. It's also AA to get rid of those pesky jaggies.

anyway, back on topic: i think burnout paradise was better on ps3. but i honestly don't notice the difference in most multiplats unless its like fallout 3 before it got patched.
