Multiplayer Shooters

I am looking for a multiplayer only/heavy online shooter. I would like it to be similar to games like BF2 and Warhawk where teamwork plays a big part. I don't mind what system its on as iown all the nex gen 1s + PC.

Games I already own: BF2, CSS, COD4, Halo 3, GoW, Warhawk, RS:FOM.

I 'm thinking of getting Quake Wars. IS this game any good? Do you have any suggestions on other games. Thanks

Really? I don't think you can judge the final game on the beta. DICE are going to make improvements to before the game ships. Bad Company is going to be a good MP shooter game from the small amount of time I had playing the Beta. I am glad they bringing Conquest mode to it though in case I get tired of Gold Rush. :D

gold rush is terrible....it gets rid of all of the strategic elements of the Battlefield series, makes the game entirely linnear and basic, and gets rid of all the awsome and unique moments the Battlefield games are known for.

In fact the reason they decided to add conquest in later on was because so many people were complaining about Gold Rush.

UT3 but I can't recomnend it over previous games. You might just be better off downloading 2004. meetroid8

this one would be my favorite...as everyone uses teamwork their...but unfortunatly the server restarts every day...and so it doesnt fill up until pretty late in the day on weekdays...for weekends though...that server is amazing....its just impossible to get in sometimes because its so popular.

I had the Bad Company Beta and put over 10 hours to the game and the game just sucks. At first i was like this is cool but after awhile im like wow this isnt not a BF game at all. It does not even come lose to how BF2 feels. Sorry. TC dont waste your time looking forward to Bad Company because you will be thoroughly disappointed. Killfox

Even without the destruction BF2 still beats bad Company....the gameplay is just better.....

Planes are kind of a staple of the Battlefield games....and just one more reason why Bad Company isnt actually a BF game.

Its a good mod, IGN did a unnoficial review of it...you might want to read it, even though a lot has changed since it came out.
