MW2 graphics differences 360 - ps3 is it noticable in multiplayer?

I want to get this game. I have a PS3 and a PC. I am leaning torwards thePS# version due to the fact that I hear the pcversion isfull of cheaters. I seen some reviews that show the 360 version looking a little cleaner, is this more noticable in Multi player or single player mode? or pretty noticable in both? Also is the matchmaking better on ps3 or pc?

The 360 marketing campaign is an Activision and Microsoft move. Has no bearing on the quality of either game.

It's a marginal difference in graphics... for someone to really go crazy over this is kind of pathetic.

You get cheaters on all online :)

I heard there was more frame rate dips in multiplayer, it could get a bit annoying since that only happens when lots of people are around, which is when you get shot easily :(

Lack of bloom on PS3 and worse shadows on X360, the rest is the same.
