This question is absolutely absurd.  Any system can run games at 60FPS, it just is a give and take relationship between framerate, resolution, textures, lighting and so on.  Odds are if a game looks amazingly good in terms of textures and such, the framerate will suffer.  With that said it all depends on the dev and their talent.

well that depends, do you want games that look like this? 

copy and pasted soldiers, static background, static lighting, poor animations, poor physics

do you want to really buy a weaker console for 100 dollars more? its such a waste 

get the ps4, the choice is obvious, Sony is going full force and is shitting all over Microsoft

The launch line up isn't the greatest (but hell, they have more to announce).  But Sony ALWAYS delivers on amazing First party titles and theyre stepping up their social online services so you'll get more of an XBLA on the 360 experience than what the PS3 had with the free online.

Keep in mind, you will also need PS+ for the Online Multiplayer, but you get a lot of free games and discounts ect for having it as well and the deal is cheaper and much better than XBLG.

Someone added it all up and it was about $1,900 worth of savings, which is pretty phenominal, also this was all the content they released last year:

They also added Uncharted 3, Dark Souls, XCOM enemy Unknown, and Battlefield 3 this month which is pretty cool.

For now the only free PS4 game you get free is Drive Club which is a pretty solid game from what I can see, and more will be added later when the library expands. 

Edit: also, you're right, the Xbox one is statistically a weaker console by about 50%, and the PS4 is cheaper (has to do with the bundle and the deals sony got on the hardware).  More people are buying SONY this coming generation.

drive club on PS+ is like a lite version. and that value only works if you also have a vita and don't already own those games

No doub't youre right about its lasting capabilities as compared to the normal plunger,  but high-tech ones made out of very light carbon fiber make it easier on the arm during use.

Currently, Xbox One has a stronger line up of games, but PS4 may get good games in the near future. Therefore, I would suggest the Xbox One. It's the quality of games that matters most. A slight difference in hardware doesn't really matter.
