My early review of Mario Galaxy (post yours here too!)

Just beat the final galaxy last night! And wow, this game is absolutely fantastic! You'll be amazed as to how good this game looks (and I'm not just talking cutscenes). As to the gameplay, I'm dead serious when I tell you you will be doing new stuff right up to the end of the game. It took me about 4 Galaxies in to really get comfortable with the topsy turvy setup (I might be slower than others, so no bashing). Best game I got for the Wii by far. If only Nintendo put this much thought into the shoddy New Super Mario Brothers for the Ds (which was basically on auto-pilot).

I rate this game :D :D :D :D out of :) :) :) :) smiles.

*looks at TC's post count* yup i agree with you, anyways SMG will be platformer GOTY atleast

I played a few minutes of it at GS yesterday when I paid for COD4 and(first time playing the Wii) I really was not impressed. What stuck out mainly to me was the graphics. But I will say it was most likely because the retards at GS had it running on a widescreen with the game set to stretch the image.

Other than that it was pretty boring to me. I had Sunshine and honestly the Mario games have gotten pretty bland to me.
