sure its a remake of a remake.  but they are adding new bosses, weapons, and gameplay mechanics to it.  not to mention the graphics are simply breathtaking.  The trailer that was shown to display the game was only at 20% completion, considering the developers of this game is non other than team ninja it will probably be a graphical champion.  Also note that the gameplay is extremely fun, even though it is a remake.

I have played ninja gaiden, and ninja gaiden black, and am ready to play sigma come june!

ninja gaiden was the only xbox game that i always wanted and im glad that i will finaly get to play it.:D

If you haven't played it before it doesn't matter if it's a remake or not and the game looks fantastic.

I hope they keep the difficulty at what it was in the original NG though and not Black just so that sony supporters can see what the fuss about.

Heres another thing that may make you even more excited. The main dev said that there would be NO load times at all if you use the harddrive feature. Thats pretty sweet.

Wow, maybe you should have posted that only ONCE... Also, it's been "remade" on the Xbox before. It's now a port, not a remake of a remake. It's a port with some new features.

Yeah it's on my hotlist too.  I never used Xbox live, so I was happy they released 'Black' so I wouldn't have to fork over a membership fee just to get the xtras.  Hopefully this and DMC4 will be very challenging.

I honestly don't understand how a remake of a remake falls under someone's hotlist. Sure, Gaiden was amazing, but it's already been remade before.

It's GT5 for most people, if your talking about mass market anticipation....

And it is MGS 4 this year... for the gamer types
Probably followed up by ff13.. the next FF is hyped and anticipated before the previous one even comes out (I refused to start caring about ff13 before 12 came out last year)

Be it a port, a remake or a miniversion... Everyone must get a chance to play this game and give it the praise it deserves. =) One of the best games I have ever had the pleasure of owning was Ninja Gaiden Black.... Cows should cherish this moment and see what makes this game what it is today.

They are basically putting the game onto a next-gen console. I don't see why that is so necessary. If it does not include the words "Ninja Gaiden 2" in its name or is a direct sequel of the original, it's a remake with some new features. Also, we don't even know what those new features are. Yosuke Hayashi has not told that information yet.

If you enjoy Ninja Gaiden this much, you should then get an Xbox360. Ninja Gaiden 2 is comming to the Xbox360 not the PS3. Only the remake is, but it has the same story, and places etc..

A remake of a remake be an AAA? It deserves high AA. Ninja Gaiden Sigma SHOULD be a sequel, not a remake. If it was a sequel, I'd give it an AAA.
