My PS3 gets such little play

Uhhh...I honestly don't know what to do. If I ship it in to be repaired/slay any living creature in it...will I have to pay? I mean there is seriously the animal fungus growing inside of it and IDK where it came from. It's not mold and it's not just some weird dust. This is disgusting.
