My PS3 has broken down should i go for 360?

Hi guys,

my ps3 has broken down for the second time outside of the warranty. i've got some titles that i really love (LBP,MGS4) but most of my other titles i like are on 360 aswell. I also want to play some of the xbox exclusives (GOW,Halo 3 and Halo Wars in the future) and given the new price of the 360 it is very tempting. The final deciding factor will probably be the titles coming up in the next year, but i'm not sure which titles worth the money are coming out next year and in the future.

So any opinion will be gratefully recieved thanks.

Yea, definitely grab a 360. Theres a ton of good games in the library you can go back and check out, you'll get the NXE, Netflix, Live... Theres really no reason not to own one if you're a gamerFranco-J

If you're happy with you were happy with your PS3 and already have a bunch of PS3 games and have a couple of PS3 controllers I would just say stick with your PS3.

Still the 360 is a brilliant console so if you want to then go for it.

I say stick with ps3. i mean if you already have games for it why would you get the other console and buy those games again? not to mention its getting killer games next year like kz2, gow3, gt5 and probably uncharted 2 en maby even more. halo isn't that great, IMO i think resistance is more fun, halo wars looks like nothing special, just another rts but named 'halo' to sell alot. i say stick with ps3

It's usually the other way around,but if you want go ahead.

stick with the PS3, this half of the year was great for the console and 2009 looks even better.

wouldnt be a bad choice if you did pick up a 360, but iv got a feeling 2009 is gonna be good for the PS3.
