My Xbox one s turns on when I turn on my fan

I have noticed a few times that when I turn on my box fan that my Xbox one s turns on all by itself. The weird thing is they are plugged in different outlets. Anyone have any ideas other than ghosts lol. .

Xbox turns it on for their fans.

Honestly, contacting MS technical support would be a better idea for this.

Have you tried plugging the xbox into a surge suppressor?

Like the guy above me said, there's something wrong with the power in your house. When you turn something on and something else turns on, there's surges of power causing this to take place, that shouldn't be happening.

This isn't related to your Xbox.

Is this a serious issue or are you just trying to make Xbox look bad?

It's nothing to do with the console, there's something wrong with the way power is dispersed in his home.
