Of course it does--"Goldeneye 64", "WINE 64", "Mario 64", "Mario Kart 64", "WWF No Mercy", ect ect. The system had the most addicting multiplayer and single player games of all time when I was a child.
I almost think they are about equal. PSone had the Final Fantasies, Metal Gear, Crash Team Racing, Spyro, Tomb Raider, and plenty of others,; N64 had the Nintendo franchises like Zelda and Mario, plus it had Goldeneye, Perfect Dark and Banjo.
I had about 10x as many PS1 games, so PS1. N64 had not as many, but still really amazing games, most of which were better then a lot of my PS1 collection, and while quality > quantity, the ton of PS1 games I had were still pretty awesome, so PS1 wins by a small margin, but both were amazing.
