Namco Bandai is on a roll! not only have they just announced quite a few games for 2013 but they have also made few updates on their upcoming games which will be listed below:

1-Namco Bandai announce One Piece: Pirate Warriors 2 Exclusively for the PS3 Summer 2013

One Piece fans will explore wondrous and mysterious island environments in the bizarre realm beyond the Grand Line while they sail through uncharted territories, including previously unreleased stages such as Skypiea,

One Piece: Pirate Warriors 2 is a PlayStation 3-exclusive due out summer 2013.

2-Namco Bandai announces Project X Zone Exclusively for 3DS in 2013

Namco-meets-Capcom-meets-Sega RPG, Project X Zone, is coming to North America, Europe and Australia, Namco Bandai have announced. The Nintendo 3DS game is slated for release in summer 2013.

If youre just getting caught up, Project X Zone is a strategy RPG developed by Nintendo-owned Xenoblade developer, Monolith Soft, and was published in Japan by Namco Bandai last year. The game features over 50 characters spanning franchises from Namco, Sega and Capcom.

3- Tales of Xillia update on localized pictures due 2013 only on PS3

Xillia and X Zone look pretty good. Not much for anime games besides Jump! Ultimate/Super

The Vita actually sold more in America in 2012 then in Japan, so you'd think they would've bought it over since the game is DD only anyway. Who knows what they're thinking.

Im student just like you but what i do all the time is i trade my games towards other games or systems :P... i got the Vita day 1 and i only actually paid $50 for it by trading in 5 old games plus an old DS Lite due to the store having deals for trading games towards a vita.

usually Gamestop always make deals for trading games or systems in towards other systems or games and being a student those deals work great heck even ni no kuni a full $59.99 game i only paid $1 due to the deal they have now by trading any 2 games that are worth $8 or more and you get 30% more credit for each game, so i trade two games and bingo the rest left is $1 lol

if you dont mind trading ur old games or systems towards other games then you should give it a try
