Just more reasons to hate Namco.

I liked seeing Geralt's face, and reading
"I hope that the whole thing will end with a pre-litigation settlement. If it doesn't, I amsure thatwe will win the case and then the loser will pay for our lawyers."
Let's hate Namco for taking action when CDPR breaks a contract!

No DRM was announced long before this lawsuit.
I don't get it. Namco/Bandai only published in EU. Atari was USA, 1C was Russia, and CD Projekt had Poland and DD. What grounds do they have over CPR going with THQ for a version they didn't sign for?
I guess they want x360 profits not many PC people by retail and most go for digital :P

Collector's Edition here 8) Retail FTMFW! Really only choose digital if the price is way too good to pass up, or it's digital only. I bought Amnesia cause I couldn't get a physical copy, and now there is one :(

Well, as was pointed out in the article, if Namco is in the wrong, then the only thing they'll get out of it is lawyer's fees for both parties(at best).

This.
Namco is simply doing what anybody would do if a contract was breached. There's nothing to see here folks.
No contract was broken. The removal of the DRM doubled the fps for some people and the DRM was only in place to prevent pre-release leaks.I'm sure Namco and Sony were happy to learn that Securom was removed without notice. The GOG version was the only one without DRM.
As if Namco would sue if they knew they're wrong.

That's CDPR's rhetoric, not what's in the contract.
The law isn't moral. If the contract was breached, action must be taken regardless of what's "right" or "wrong".
You assume the contract was breached just because Namco says so, as if one company has never filed a frivolous lawsuit against another.

So CD Projekt is also being sued for removing DRM without Namco's consent? What a load of BS.
Edit: I really wish Atlus was publishing Dark Souls, not Namco.
It's because they are buttmad that they are losing the opportunity to publish Witcher 2 on consoles, which will sell more retail units than the PC version (because Namco didn't get anything from the digital copies).Well I use common sense and don't think Namco just woke up one day and decided to sue their effin golden goose for no reason whatsoever.
