360: Hardware failure. I've lost one already, just hoping my second one doesn't kick it on me, but it's been working perfectly so far. Paying for online doesn't bother me (honestly, 50 bucks a year - get over it.) The 360's library though is superb, and I suppose that's the most important thing.
PS3: Lack of games taking true advantage of its capabilities. Most great games have taken 360 as the lead platform, this causes the PS3 version to not only take advantage of the console's specific hardware but in many/most cases to actually look worse than the version onthe360. As an owner of all 3 systems I'd like exclusives to be made for each and to really work the capabilities of each respective system. Much like not being bothered by having to pay for Live, the PS3's high price point really didn't bother me either. I work hard, I can afford it. Also, much like my 360 I really dig the PS3 thus far - Resistance online is a blast.
Wii: Lots and lots of things, but most have to do with the poor library and horrid, horrid graphics. I love Nintendo.... but man, the Wii has been a real letdown as far as I'm concerned thus far. I preferred TP on the GC because of the camera control, I don't feel like replaying RE4 because I played it to death years and years ago, and I cannot stomach games like WarioWare. Where does this leave me? Waiting for Prime 3 while my Wii collects dust.
