Aren't we getting an MGS and Bioshock movie? Uncharted could make a good movie, similar to Indiana Jones. And Resistance 2 could potentially be epic if translated onto the big screen.
There are so many that COULD be good movies, but they won't, because it seems movie directors don't even play the damned games they're making a movie about. Max Payne, the latest travesty, is proof that even a game that could EASILY undergo the transition between television and cinema screen won't due to inept directors.

Get peter Jackson on it and I bet it could be done. I hope the Halo movie do come out just so I can see a movie based on a game can be done right.

If it's directed by the guy who made those Halo movie 'trailers', then it certainly has a chance of being great. We saw what he could do with around $2,000 and a desktop computer. I want to see what he can do with a whole team of CG artists, writers, and millions.

yeah thats why I hope it does come out. it would be really interesting to say the least. I just don't want MC costume to look fake or cheap. The better take notes from robocop in a sense.
It has everything you could want in a big time summer block buster...i mean the game is pretty much destined to be a summer movie blockbuster if done right.
