Hmm well in Act 4 after you go across the snowfield(can't say the place cause its a spoiler so i'll just say snowfield) and into a building and Otacon calls you and says Snake this is the time you have to switch to Disc 2.
Johnny during act 1 when you're already in combat w/ rat pat. against 'them'. I first time I was like wtf are they doing while concentrating on combat, and actually replayed that part just to see what he was actually doing.. haha.

[spoiler] The part where Physco Mantis shows up (Act 5) and tries to read your memory card and fails, the part at the beginning of Act 2 where Johnny is like "Hey Snake! Over Here! Snake! Snake!", the part when Liquid uses air guns (End of Act 3) and is like "BANG!" and stuff, the part where you're at Shadow Moses (Act 4) and Otacon tells you to change discs while going down in to the blast furnace lol, and when in Act 5, I tried to switch controllers to slot 2 lol and Otacon calls me a yells at me :P.
