Name the one game on any of the 3 consoles that has the best shot of getting a better score than any of us thought it would. To me that game has to be Uncharted Drakes Fortune for the PS3. This game has Tomb Raider/Indiana Jones/FarCry written all over it! If the controls are good and the story is of above average in nature, I can see this game scoring very well!! However, it could just as easily fall into that "its another Tomb Raider clone" area as well and score in the 6-7 range!
I'll take a gamble and say Warhawk could be huge, and take quite a few by surprise. But ya Uncharted seems like a good pick but I'll be different.Izzy12345

halo 3.... Am i crazy? No,its just that everyone even alot of lemmings are saying 8.5 thanks to the bioshock review and ALOT of people are saying call of duty 4 will be comppletely better so yeah

How bad was the review if you read the small print they actually say the game is fun and has a good amount of variety. If it were 25-30$ I think it could have got like an 8.5 to 9, however I'm not sure what the second page says, which was the second bad fault.
Halo 3...people are really bashing it here. And after the Bioshock fiasco, people are really starting to lower their hype in upcoming games (which kinda stinks).
Also Heavenly Sword might actually score a healthy 9.0.
I still think Lost Odyssey is going to be fantabulous.
Two Worlds could be really, really neat on 360... if the bugs are worked out. Considering how the European PC release went, that's a humongous, ginormous, awesomely huge if, though.
But, darnit, I want this game to be good so bad. D2 like gameplay on 360 with my friends with voice? Yes plz.
Uncharted, why more people arent hyping this is beyond me. And Rachet, even though thats getting hyped a little, both game are going to be really amazing.

I agree with the TC, Uncharted. i think a lot of it has been hush, hush due to other consoles not having anything like it to compare to. Its just avoided or stoned with fanboy rants about combat play.

im also really looking foreward to the witcher. not alot of hype here but it looks like it could be a really crackin game. definately my darkhorse for 2007. i dont know about GOTY but its lookin really ace. i hope the devs dont mess this up.
I'm going to go with Metroid Prime 3. Now I know what you are saying. Hey its Metroid and the Metroid series is well known. Well then why are people acting like it won't be a big game. People on this forum are literally laughing at this game saying it won't compete with the likes of other PS3 and 360 titles. Yet this game is of the same AAA pedigree of Metroid Prime and Metroid Prime Echoes which both scored AAA and the orignal landing GOTY.
I don't know if its a lack of respect, a matter of people just not being hyped for it, or whether it is just being downplayed completely. But nobody seems to think that this game is going to be amazing yet this is a game that has scored so high in the past.

Dont gamble too much on this over hyped POS. I'll say Haze has kind of come down a bit in hype so that's my pick. Killzone 2 kinda was a blanket over it of hype.
BioShock was my darkhorse game and it was under the radar until just recently. Anyway, right now I'll go with Ratchet and Clank. I don't think that game is getting the hype it deserves.

i agree with uncharted that i think is the true darkhorse, i also think UT3 PC/PS3 could be one, ppl talk about it, but no1 hypes it i mean will it be A, AA, AAA, AAAA?? lol
