No, it's not. Creative got their act together on this one, there are some minor quirks as is -- like with every total war game, the AI has made some noticeable leaps.

I have it installed and ready to play but I still haven't gotten around to it due to BS2 and Call of Pripyat. That said, good score. Can't wait to get around to it.
