So I read this article right here.

About how NATAL would work with FPS.
So what do you think about their ideas.

Honestly, I'm looking forward to an RPG that lets you end conversations with civilians by punching them in the face.

I think natal is the way to go, having a controllerless interface means we can put anything in our hand while playing a game, ie: a tradtional controller, and as much as i'd like to think the wii controlls are better for fps's, they are really a step back in some cases, and having such a weird controller tends to pidgeon hole you down to shovel wear status for most games
Practically ever Natal video I see there is a noticable delay from when the player moves and the game reacts.
With regards to FPS, I could only think it would be a lame one or severely gimped.
For example, when I was playing battlefield, some guy schooled me by
A) Driving a jeep straight into me
B) Just before the jeep was to hit he jumped up out the jeep (so it could explode and not kill him once it hit me and the wall)
C) A grenade was tossed
D) While in mid-air jump, his gun was unloading on me with dead accuracy as he landed.
I really don't know what killed me first. The jeep, the explosion of the grenade, the explosion of the jeep, or the bullets.
But my point is, I don't think you could have this level of attack with Natal, and regardless, if they don't get rid of that delay, someone playing with a controller is going to own.
dual analog controller 4 life.smokedagoodyoi can beat you with my hands with no auto aim against your hands no auto aim. i'm the king beast top ranked controller free FPS player in the world BELIEVE it
Is there some problem with them improving it between now and the time of release? I'm not seeing your point here. Do you honestly think that between now at a prototype stage, and the time of a retail launch that nothing will be tweaked and polished?Practically ever Natal video I see there is a noticable delay from when the player moves and the game reacts.

I honestly think it is a possibility, sure. Delay with camera movement, especially the type of camera they are saying will be used with it, always had this issue. I think it's worth mentioning because that delay is quite critical in good games. If it exists upon release, it's quite a limitation.
