Thats just pure speculation with no facts to back it up. MS stated that it will be compatible with future Xbox models so getting it out as soon as possible will be highly benificial even if it doesnt take off till next gen. The more time devs have with it the better.
Exactly, a prototype wouldn't even be the build. They're still tweaking itThey explicitly stated that the stage model was not the final build.

[QUOTE="bufu21"][QUOTE="kingofmonsters"]Natal is what businessmen call a "generic hoax". It's a hoax designed to fool and stray attention away from another legit piece of hardware, so that the consumer would be confused enough to create a stalemate for both manufacturers. Examples would be InFAMOUS and Prototype or Rock Band and Wii Music It's almost guarentee'd that the Natal won't be released, because ms already knows they won't profit from it. It's too late in the 360's cycle, and the Ps3 already is manufacturing their motion control. It's false advertising, and it kinda worked, cause everyone is going crazy over the Natal. Sony and Nintendo won 2010 and e3 imokingofmonstersPs3 hasnt started manufacturing their motion control. It was a prototype that they were showing. No, that's what's going to be sold. A prototype isn't an early stage, it's a model for a new product The guy demoing it sead it was an engineering prototype and the final product will look different. Sony wont release a wand that looks like a **** without any kind of analog stick for movement. Its comming out Q1 2010 so they are defidentally not manufacturing it yet. I dont think they have even sent kits to devs yet which MS did months ago. In that sense they are behind MS.

don't worry bout him, he's an ms fanboy. Sony demonstrated their sensor...Ms had an inforomercial with no footage at allkingofmonstersyes because you've been so neutral in this thread
yes, i'm sure the bought a motion sensing company and created Milo just so they could fool everyone at E3 yeah, that makes sense

i can agree with that. I just think that saying this natal thing won't even exist is quite.... ludicrousNatal is what businessmen call a "generic hoax". Your comments are a hoax. lol!! Microsoft already said the XBox 360 will be on retail shelves as long as the PS3. So expect the 360 to have a 9-10yr run. Also, the Natal is real and if you were at the E3, you could experience LIVE. lol!! You sound like a jealous fanboy who is in disbelieve that Microsoft showed something that was leaps about the Wii and Sony motion sensor devices. Natal is real, whether you want to believe it or not. You're just in denial. It's ok, most cows are like that during the E3.

LMAO!! The OP must be a kid. My cousin is at the E3. He'll check it out and verify everything for me. The girl kicking those balls at the brick wall sure looked real to me. It was no staged video either. Neither was the Milo video. So they released a video of it over xbox live worldwide... to trick people. :|
Sure sure.

I'm not against MS here. Just look at the facts, MS's highest selling point is LIVE. If this Natal kit is really sent to Dev's, it doesn't make sense to me. Cause MS and Sony also said they weren't into motion control last `05 `06 e3's. So it only makes sense that they'd have 2-3 only to work on this natal so far. It doesn't exist, it can't exist the way the infomercial displays it to be.kingofmonstersmicrosoft bought a motion sensing company last year that pretty much already had a working model of natal, so the work was already done for them
MS sent dev kits out months ago but yet the guy for MS laughed at 09 release and wouldn't even comment on 2010 release of Natal. The guy actually didn't want NO part in saying when it would be ready for productio or release lol. All of this took place in a interview session after their conference with G4tv.

But they can start way earlier than ms because ps eye is already made and everything...

Someone get the tinfoil hat.
1) It is not intended to boost the 360 to Wii status. It IS intended to eventually help lure a new demographic towards the 360, and offer something new for interested parties. If the tech didn't work why are there (positive) reports or using it at E3 with Burnout? Someone was watching them from the ceiling using a controller in secret?
2) It will work with every Xbox made now, or after release.
3) Expect Natal to be standard in the next Xbox.
4) WTF is wrong with people around here? Thank god you people don't get paid for reviews, previews or speculation because the vast majority of the posters are are so full of fail they must eat it for breakfast.

Do you really think that MS and Sony hasn't been looking at the massive Wii sales figures from day 1 and have been planning to match or do one better than the Wii remote? Both Sony and MS will want to make thereproducts well known so that when the next Wii comes out it hasn't got the selling appeal of the Wii remote. It also gives MS and Sony time to develop games for there accessories.
Sony tried once already with the sixaxis but that just didn't work. They would have been working on there new accessory since then.
I take it you haven't got any real facts about how it can't exist the way the informercial display. MS is a massivve company with lots of different research department so when they want to develop something then they either look into there own research department, spend a stack of money on new research or buy someone elses research so even if they had a small time scale to develop this then it would still have been possible.
I like MS. It's just....Sony made their motion sensor, and suddenly MS comes out buying a third party company, claiming they revolutionized the way you play games If MS pulls this off, I'll be impressed, but it's hard to believe it, when MS isn't the one who made natal. And the informecial was amazing, because of the hot daughter, other than that...i smell a lawsuitkingofmonstershow can there be a lawsuit when they bought the company?

Who care who developed it? MS owns the product/company behind it NOW. I wouldn't give a rats who develops or releases this, as it seems to be VERY cool. I don't think the share holders, execs at MS, or 360/Xbox gamers in general give a **** if "kingofmonsters" from Systemwars is NOT IMPRESSED since someone on MS payroll didn't start the process of developing this stuff.
For real man, how in the world do you people get so emotionally attached to some of these companies? Are you going to post BS all over clothing apparel websites in favor of Nike over Reebok as well? Same stupid mentality.
yep and i certainly didn't see what you did, maybe making stuff up? but then again its greyfoxx lol. No mentioning of a release date=never going to be released in your reality.MS sent dev kits out months ago but yet the guy for MS laughed at 09 release and wouldn't even comment on 2010 release of Natal.
