I'll go ahead and agree that Drake is pretty gay but to me, Pikachu is like Barney. Maybe it's my age, but I was watching my little brother and his friends playing with Pokemon cards and crap back when that was popular. Pikachu does not convey any kind of hero to me.

Give me a break, almost all heros are a boring cliche and the only one who gets away with it is Duke Nukeum because he's meant to be.

if it wasnt for heart gold and soul silver i wouldnt care about pokemon at all anymore D/P was the worst in the series unless you count the console ones but those always sucked
