so the guy downloads porn, puts it on an SD card, puts the card on the 3DS, returns it to the factory for refurbishing, the refurbished version gets to gamestop, which then sells to the kid that saw naked girls for the first time. and no one at any point thought about checking the SD card for stuff (you'd think at least the people in the factory would). did i get that right?

It's just porn, I dont really see the big deal here....pretty natural thing to want to sex. I know at five years old I can remember getting boners and stuff, and I remember seeing a picture of a naked Women at like seven. The kid will live and be fine, people worry too much.

Wouldn;t it be sell DS to gamestop, then they refurbish it. You don't send it to the factory, you sell it at gamestop and they refurbish.
